Member Portal

Click here to log in. After logging in, there are tabs located at the top of each page that allow you to navigate to the individual areas of your member portal.

Under the membership tab, you are able to edit your plan, preview your next invoice, and update your contact information.

Under the invoices tab you can view past, present, and future invoices, in addition to making payments.

By clicking any of the areas on this page as shown below, it will take you to that invoice.

Once viewing that invoice you can download a PDF copy of the invoice for print or email by clicking this button.

Under the Booking Calendar tab, you can schedule conference rooms.

1. Make a new booking on the calendar, click here.
2. To see all of your bookings, click here.
3. To change between day, week, and month view, click here.

Under the Help Desk tab, you can access the space FAQ for information like Wifi Passwords, in addition to being able to report space issues or ask questions.

1. How-to items are listed here in this section. Clicking on a question will take you to a page with the answer.
2. To report an issue in the space, click this link.

Under the Coworkers tab, you can learn more about your fellow members and how to contact them, as well as set up your own member profile. (Note: every coworker may not have set up a profile!)

To set up your own profile, click the My Profile button as seen below.

Under the Printing tab, you can learn more about installing and using our cloud printing software. For more information on printing, refer to the How-To section under the Help Desk tab.

Under the Events tab, you can learn more about the public and member events happening in the space.
